Founder Sophie de Klerk grew up in Lausanne, Switzerland before moving to South Africa. After six wonderful years spent in the beating heart of Cape Town, she returned to her home country in 2023 and brought a piece of Africa along with her.

South Africa is a melting pot of culture and astonishing diversity, and Cape Town is a city of overflowing creativity. The markets are packed with craftsmen whose ingenious and resourceful approach to their craft is inspiring.
